    About this Sailboat:

    1983 Cal 25 Mark II Sailboat. Great condition, well cared for, clean with new upholstery. Jib in good condition, Main in great condition was cut specifically for this boat. Bottom cleaned monthly. New battery. Boat handles well under sail. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. 9.9 2000 Yamaha outboard needs work. Great for overnight cruising and day sailing in the Bay. Slip at Municipal Marina included for the remainder of the month. Owner is relocating out of state would like to sell before move.
