2011 MacGregor 26M

About this Sailboat:

Near new, heavily loaded, MacGregor 26M built 2008 but never launched or motor run until purchased as new under MacGregor/Evinrude warranty in March 2011 (vessel was purchased from the widow of a deceased MacGregor dealer).

Vessel has had very little use (out for total of 15 days).

Will store for free till spring 2013

Equipment on Board:

Trailer: 5-Star Loadmaster duel axle trailer (launched boat 2 times in fresh water only).

Engine: Evinrude 60hp very low hours (been through one tank of 2 stroke oil since new).

Deck Features: BBQ, Raymarine AutoHelm and ST40 speed/depth, Garmin 78SC GPS, Ritchie Compass, Aux outboard mount, 12 gallon fuel tank, 6 gallon fuel tank, 3 fenders (one new), 4 dock lines, Lifesling, Fire extinguisher, Nico Solar Vent (fwd hatch), Cockpit cushions, boat hook.

Hull: Below water line treated with epoxy coating prior to antifouling before any extended time in water in order to prevent against osmosis.

Ground Tackle: 8.5lb Danforth anchor, 10ft 5/16″ chain, 200ft x 3/8″ nylon anchor rode and swivel.

Interior: Porta Pottie, 15 gallons fresh water, custom storage locker over galley, custom storage locker below galley with 6 rubber maid storage totes, all MacGregor cushions, dual batteries with heavy duty battery switch, cleaning brush/bucket.

Rigging: Self-furling genoa with UV protection (MacGregor self furler), Dutchman furling system on Mainsail, single line reefing on mainsail, all lines led aft through jam cleats, boom kicker, sail cover, radar reflector, chafe protection sleeves on shrouds, spare jib (new), asymmetrical sail, dousing sock system for asymetrical sail, wind scoop ventilation, mast raising system.
