About this Sailboat:

She is a well-balanced boat with a comfortable helm that is easy to sail – especially with the Selden In-Mast Furlin’ mainsail and Schaefer Furling headsail. She’s a nice balance between accommodations and performance. The cockpit is 8’6” long with large seats and contoured back rests. There is a walk-through transom via the removable helm seat, but this boat also has a custom helm seat with flip up back rest and foot stool too. In addition there are cat-bird seats in the stern rail corners with individual beverage holders and a nice bimini for shading the helm area of the cockpit. There are 5 opening hatches with screens and forward is an anchor locker with electric windlass. The helm itself has a table, pedestal guard, folding wheel and the instrument read outs are on the pedestal along with the compass. Below you walk into a beautiful interior with lots of headroom in the main salon, head and forward cabin. The aft cabin has a huge berth with standing headroom once inside the solid wooden door. She’ll sleep 5 adults and one child and the head compartment has a doorway to the forward cabin and the main salon. The shower compartment is separate from the rest of the head area. The galley is U-shaped with lots of counter space, top loading dry storage and both top loading and side opening refrigeration/freezer compartments. The LPG 2-burner stove/oven is gimbaled and there is a double SS sink with lots of storage above and about the galley. The main salon has a dedicated nav station with all the electrical panels & switches, including the stereo/flat TV entertainment center. All main salon ports have retractable curtains – even those for the ports in the hull sides. The cross ventilation is tremendous, but on those hot days there is AC and on those cold days, there’s cabin heat. There are several items on this boat that have never been used, so are like brand new such as the stove. Everything on this boat is very sound and in good condition. The interior woodwork is plush and like new. The cockpit cushions are in perfect condition.
