About this Sailboat:

A 2007 First 10R Hull #23. Lightly sailed with Doyle load path sails. Comes with a 21000 lb triple axel trailer. Has VC17 bottom with Interlux barrier coat. Winter/ Summer cover.

Equipment on Board:

Reverse cycle air 12,000 BTU. Hot/cold water 20 gal tank. Full galley with stove/oven and refrigeration. Raymarine wind/ speed/flux gate compass/smart wheel pilot. Sails are Doyle Load Path main/135 no 2/ asymetric chute. Harken roller furling with sock. The chute has an ATN sock.
