17 October, 2012 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

The Hunter 356 was introduced in 2002 and awarded Boat of the Year from Cruising World – Best Production Cruiser under $200,000, and she is an exceptional cruiser. The wide beam is carried well aft to provide an incredibly spacious interior without sacrificing performance. Mermaid Hunter is a user-friendly and low maintenance yacht with beautiful lines. She has wide decks, a spacious cockpit, top-of-the-line deck hardware and a roller furling main for easy handling. She offers a large walk in head, guest stateroom forward and master stateroom aft, while also offering additional sleeping options in the salon seating areas. Mermaid Hunter also offers a KVH satellite TV system and two solar panels and generator to help satisfy your entertainment and electrical needs.

Mermaid Hunter is based in freshwater after extensive cruising around Florida and the Bahamas.

Equipment on Board:

Stepping onto the swimplatform, one enters the cockpit through a walk-thru transom. Walking forward through wrap-around seating on each side of the cockpit and the center pedestal helm, one steps down through the salon companionway into the large salon with galley to starboard, master stateroom aft, the full head to port, the navigation desk and benchseat/berth to port forward, the U-shaped settee and dining table to starboard forward and finally the guest stateroom all the way forward.
