2001 Macgregor 26x

5 November, 2012 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

Stella Luna (Beautiful Moon) is a fine example of Macgregor’s immensely popular, towable cruiser. She’s easy to sail and outperforms most other boats – both under sail and definitely under power! If you’re not familiar with the Macgregor’s unique talents and style, check out the company’s website. They’re in a class of their own, for sure.
Aside from being meticulously maintained, Stella Luna also comes with a brand new (2012), tandem axel, all-aluminum Venture trailer that retails for over $4,000. It’s a huge improvement over the relatively wimpy, single axel factory trailer. The Venture is not only beautiful, but provides a much safer ride for you and the boat, and you don’t have to worry about taking everything out of the Macgregor to avoid overloading the trailer…just drive it out of the water and go! The peace of mind you’ll get from this trailer is priceless.

My friend and I have been working in the Seattle area for the past year. We purchased this boat in the spring in order to explore this aquatic wonderland but are heading back to the Southwest soon. We’ll miss our boat, but fear she won’t get used much in the desert.
The price is based on the average retail for a Macgregor from this year, plus the trailer. I can also transport this boat to your location for a really fair price!
