About this Sailboat:

steel hull ketch , double masted
The rigg is all completed and ready to be put up.
110 hp Volvo Penta Diesel motor has been completely rebuilt and ready to go. very great shape
Double Aluminium masts 50 ft above deck, all cables measured and spliced and served ready to go, with block, shackles, turnbuckels, Masts have just had all tangs fabricated and welded on , as well as spreaders, and caps fabricated and welded on. The booms,heavy duty hatches
Collision bulkhead.
4 Stainless steel fuel tanks all tanks are hooked up to the motor fully. Sea strainer, water seprators, 2 stainless steel water tanks, and 8 stainless steel holding tanks all installed completly. Anchor, Chart tables. two large stainless steel steering wheels, Rutter and dagger board installed and operationl. all steering is ready to go, stainless steel consoul installed above deck ready to go.
Max Sea navigation software and laptop computer both brand new, GPS, and other NAV equipment.

Launched the boat in October 2009, first time in the water. ZERO RUST! Brand new Paint job in September.
10 Large ZINC annodes/ installed on the hull.
Through hull fittings brand new, just installed
Two coats of marine primer, and 2 coats of anti fouling. as well as two coats of marine top coat.

Equipment on Board:

Sails included , 6 sails , / two sets, Brand new synthetic never used, large value.
Also a large brand new sail from a super yacht, that can be used to make two more full sets of sails. Brand new sail!!!used only once or twice.
A large amount of BRASS.
