About this Sailboat:
This is a fast and fun boat to sail great for weekend cruises or racing.
This boat has a large cockpit that will accommodate 6 people yet is easy to sail alone. All the lines lead to the back of the cockpit.
The interior will sleep 4 with a V birth up front and two single births aft on the port and starboard side.
the boat is currently in the water and ready to sail. There is no trailer with the boat.

Running lights 2010, new bilge pump 2011.
Completely sanded the bottom in spring 2010. Fresh bottom paint spring 2011,
1 Mainsail with 2 reef, 1 Genoa,1 100% jib, and 1 spinnaker.
the sails are in fair condition for cruising.
1 Spinnaker pole.
1984 Envirude long shaft 9.9 HP out board.
there is no trailer with the boat.
