About this Sailboat:

This is absolutely the cleanest 36 on the Gulf there are many unique features and special things about this boat. She is a must see if you looking for a vessel in this size. New water pump, fuel filters, Exhuast Elbow, Alternator, Stuffing box, prop shaft, flange and cutlass bering and new batteries. Complete bottom Job in the last 30 days with three coats of paint. Newer 12 charging system and New refrigeration, Also Solar Flex Soft panel.
This Boat has been equipped with a European power converter that converts 220v to 110v and provides 5000 watts of shore power through out the boat. And a cable adapter that alows you to use standard shore power cable pull up plug in and the whole boats electrical system is compatible with European Power. Custom stainless steel dingy davits with hoisting gear.
Nice set of cockpit cushions of marine grade vinyl and lifeline cushions for a comfy ride. Huge cockpit with a large bimini and a dodger that blocks the spray and provides shade over the entire cockpit. Also one sun curtain that covers one side and the stern, and can be used port or starboard.
Entertainment on the water is a must this boat has it all. Stereo, six disc cd changer, Flat screen TV with DVD, and Direct TV Receiver.
