About this Sailboat:
Great sailing boat! Clean and ready to finish out the summer. Cushions in great shape(inside and out), galley w/sink and icebox, microwave. Enclosed head w/holding tank, sleeps 4-6, new teak table in salon. Bottom painted Spring 2012. Sails and motor inspected in 2011 and made ready for summer 2012 season.

Fixed keel, standard rig w/Main, Jib, Genoa w/Harken roller furling,and Spinnaker. Adjustable back stay, windex, 9.9 long shaft electric start Johnson outboard w/charger, 6 gallon tank, new battery 2011, auto tiller, cabin and nav lights, anchor. Swim ladder, cockpit cushions in great shape, radio inop. All equipment including PFD’s, power cord, and fenders go w/boat.
