1981 West Wight Potter Sanibel

19 October, 2012 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

With a 20 year history, the Sanibel 18 Pocket Cruiser handles with superb cruising performance and great stability with 325 pounds of lead ballast but maintains the low draft needed to explore the shallows. The Sanibel’s timeless look combines with modern features and production techniques to create a fantastic sailboat for experts and novices alike. The layout includes large bunks to create a roomy interior for that overnight trip combined with generous cockpit space that can seat 6 comfortably…a trailer-sailing classic.

Equipment on Board:

Great Sails and good original cushions garage kept.

This classic sailboat is an easy ride for all…even beginners. Fiberglass, almost flat bottom boat allows you to sail up to the beach. Needs some elbow grease and a little rigging work. GREAT sails, GOOD cushions that were garage kept. Lacking a motor since I have never needed one. It has TONS of potential…just a few hours of work and it will be sea worthy. Big enough for Lake Michigan, small enough for inland lakes if known to be windy.

Cash or I would be interested in a trade for working 4×4 truck w/ plow, Large lawn tractor, working ATV, running jeep wrangler, zero turn mower, what do you have?
