From Forward to Aft: Behind the forward bow chain locker is a V-Berth with storage underneath, four drawers, shelves and overhead hatch. A hanging locker is fitted to the port side and a small table. A double door access enclosed electric head with vanity is located to port with access from forward and the main cabin. The main salon is a midship and has an L shaped settee with a leaf table to port. There is storage underneath and shelves behind. A double settee is across with storage underneath and shelves behind. A sit down navigation station is located to starboard with a convenient pilot berth located directly aft. The galley is to port. There is a five step removable ladder for accessing the engine area and into the cockpit. The main salon is open and airy with 6’2″ of headroom throughout most of the cabin areas.

The large U shaped galley is to the port side. She has excellent counter space and storage. There is a double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water. The 6 gallon hot water heater is new. A propane 2 burner stove top has been installed. There is a microwave oven and large top loading icebox.

SummerWine has a minimal but essential electronics. There is a Northstar VHF and Datamarine depth and speed are cockpit mounted on aft end of the cabin. A new stereo,CD player with IPOD input, marine amplifier and speakers were recently installed.

Shore power is supplied by a single 30 amp inlet with cord. Main AC panel is single pole with breakers for water heater, batttery charge and outlet distribution lines. Battery Charger is a 10 amp Guest Charge Pro. House bank is two deep Cycle Group 31’s and a Group 31 engine start.

Sails consist of a new North Sails Main, and a jib on a Harken roller furler. Mast is keel stepped. A boom kicker supports the boom and Lazy Jacks catch the sail. The sail cover and bimini are 1 year old and custom fitted by Bay Canvas in Norfolk, VA.

SummerWine has a bimini top. Most deck hardware has been recently rebedded and only one pesky minor known leak. Chain plates are new. Extensive core repair has been done. NO SOFT spots! Mast is a single spreader with double lower shrouds for a very robust rig. An Edson binacle has a 6″ Danforth compass. The deck is primed and ready for a proper finish.

Bottom Paint: The boat was recently hauled and painted in August of 2011.
