About this Sailboat:

1976 Ericson 27, Doc 577207, with Trailer. Currently on trailer and ready to go, Perfect coastal cruiser liveaboard with solar power for all needs. Excellent condition, over $25K in improvements. $32,500 per 2011 Insurance survey. Used only in summer months, Shrinkwrapped or indoors others. Fresh water all of life until 2010. As-Is.
