About this Sailboat:
This Bristol is fresh out of refit.
All Bristol boats are strong, the Bristol 27, being one of the first generation of fiberglass boats, was no exception. They had solid GRP hulls and the deck, cabin, and cockpit was an integral molding and connected to the hull via deck clamp and through bolting. The mast is deck stepped, and is supported by a substantial bulkhead thatÂ’s well tabbed into the hull. Lead was used as ballast and encapsulated in fiberglass. This Bristol 27 is a standard model which had a larger cabin and twin settees.
