About this Sailboat:

1972 Tanzer 22, with trailer(new tires w/older spare). Swing keel (draws 3 feet when up and 6 feet when down). Main sail, jib, and genoa (all in good shape). Mast raiser kit. Sleeps 4. Sink, porta-potty,dinette. Teak is refinished inside and out. Keel and trailer have special rustproof paint. Hull has waterproof coating with 2-part epoxy. 7 Horse Evinrude (needs repair). Comfortable seating inside cabin for tall people. Has been housed undercover on a trailer.
