About this Sailboat:
fun, fast sailing boat. in fresh water till 2003. since then she has sailed the caribbean and florida every winter and has been dry stored every summer in a yard up the okeechobee waterway. solid deck and the hull has absolutely no blisters. rigging is updated with sta-lok on all but one swage. the steering is wheel(with emergency tiller) and the headsails are on a rollerfurling

full spinnaker gear, 4 head sails in good condition, main in good to fair condition and 1 spinnaker in fair condition, 8.5 ft west marine dinghy (2 yrs old), 2 hp yamaha outboard. solar panel, navico autohelm. 22 lb danforth anchor, 125 ft and 250 feet anchor rodes with chain, vhf radio, am/fm radio, alcohol and propane stove, 3 batteries (1 is 1yr old and another 2yr old), pump head with holding, shore power, 3 fenders and multiple dock lines, automatic bilge pump in addition to hand pump, icebox, swim ladder, ample storage and easy engine access.
