Meet Annie Rose. She has had an extensive re-fit, new Volvo 30 hp engine, (60 hours), new prop shaft, balanced three bladed prop, new exhaust system, new 6 gal hot water tank, all fluid lines replaced, new sister bolts installed in keel, new main sail and cover, new dodger, and running rigging, new propane stove top, safety devices in galley, with 2-1/2 gal propane tank and locker on deck.
