About this Sailboat:
1970 Lofland Picnic Sailboat
This boat is in great condition, and is very rare. In fact, I have never seen another one. The boats were originally made in Wichita, KS and became famous in the 60s in 70s because people would put inboards and 40hp motors on them and ski behind them.
New hand crafted wood hatches, Trolling motor (you will never use any gas), 2 batteries (one for the trolling motor and one for the AUX), New CD/MP3/Stereo, VHF Radio, Sleeps 2 with a bonus seat in the cabin. Comes with the original sails (There in good condition because I use them every week), and all riggings. The boat can be sailed right now, no work needed. I have towed the boat every weekend and the trailer works, however, it is in bad condition and should be replaced very soon. Everything in the cabin is brand new and hand crafted.
My wife wants a bigger boat, so someone will be very lucky to have this vessel. It is KILLING me to sell it! Please email me with any questions and to set up a time to purchase. I am not in a terrible hurry to sell because I love it so much, so please dont show up and offer me $1500.
Equipment on Board:
main sail, job, rolling furling, all riggings, trolling motor, CD/Radio/MP3, 4 new life jackets, throwable flotation device, bed sleeps two, bonus seat, two batteries (trolling motor and aux), trailer, and VHS Radio
