    About this Sailboat:

    She is a unique Henry Scheel (Google: Scheel Keel for ref.)designed rigid offshore cruiser… These boats are known for their comfort and seakindly sailing ability… One of the most comfortable live aboard ever built… No need to spend rainy days “below” under artificial lights, all common areas are located on the top of the huge engine room, above the water line with big windows (7 openable to provide good ventilation in all climates)… She also got a full size engine & 2 helm stations for times of bad weather… ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps 8 … 1 dbl & 1 single berth in aft stateroom (6 openable ports), 2 single in forward cabin (7 openable ports), 1 dbl (settee converts) 1 single in galley… Headroom 6′ … 2 heads/shower… GALLEY: S/S sink with pressure water, 8-gal hot-water tank (heats from shore pwr. or engine or generator), 3-burner full size marine propane stove/oven, huge work area, lot of storage and a big fridge/freezer 12/110 v… AMPLE STORAGE: 39 drawers, 3 hanging lockers, 6 cabinets, door to under side deck storage, huge storage under berths & in engine room, 2 big cockpit lockers… SAILS: All like new 4 yrs old but only used twice all has full cover, the rigging is oversized and made for single handed sailing… ENGINE: 120 HP Ford Lehman diesel & Paragon gearbox, less than 1000 hrs.
