  6. 2005 Beneteau 331

    October 17, 2012

    About this Sailboat:

This boat must be seen to be appreciated. It is just as close to being new as a 2005 model can be that is in active use.

Well equipped with less than 200 hours on the engine.

This boat has a very big boat feel to her. Forward is a roomy V-berth with lots of light and storage lockers and shelves. Aft is the mainsalon with “U” shaped dinette to starboard and a striaght settee to port. Opening hatches and port lights surround the mainsalon in light. Peek-a-Boo shades on port lights. Plenty of storage exists outboard of and below the mainsalon seating. Just aft to starboard is the head with built in showering system and to port is the nav station. Then aft is the large galley. Finally, aft to starboard is the aft cabin with huge berth and lots of storage and shelves. Again, she is has a very big boat feel down below. Also features a 120VAC Marina A/C.

This boat is perfect, the only reason we are selling is to get a bigger Beneteau!

  9. 1993 Hunter 23.5

    October 17, 2012

    About this Sailboat:

This 2nd owner (since 1996), lightly sailed Hunter 23.5 is in very good shape and is looking for a new home. She is well maintained, easy to sail, comfortable and trailerable day sailor with overnight or up to long weekend accommodations.

She includes a swing centerboard and swing rudder, with a water ballast system allowing her to float in 18 inches of water. Her water ballast also sheds 1,000 lbs of weight for quick and easy towing and hauling, and she doesn’t require a huge vehicle to tow her. Hunter’s mast raising system makes launching and retrieval easy singlehanded or for a couple. The mast raising system helps make the transition from the highway to the waterway in about 30 minutes.

She has a very large cockpit for 6, and with all lines led aft to the cockpit, sailing and singlehanding is a breeze.

Below she sleeps 5 in two double berths and one single settee; a double vee berth forward and another full width double berth aft. A hatch opens above the vee berth. Her galley is aft to port, and has a hand pump sink and one burner alcohol stove with a flip up counter for extra prep area. She has a swiveling dinette table that easily moves from the cabin to the cockpit. A Porta Potty is located forward. She has a tinted plexiglass hatch cover adding light below when closed, that slides into her pop-top companionway cover for added headroom below. The interior fiberglass liner is easy to clean and maintain. Her interior vinyl covered foam cushions are also easy to maintain. She is a tremendous amount of boat for the money, and goes anywhere the big boys go, and, places they can’t go.
