    About this Sailboat:

    “Selah” is in very good condition, sails well and is very seaworthy, fast in light winds. She has new standing rigging, lazy jacks, a new tiller. Rigged for single handed sailing.

    Equipment on Board:

    Main sail w/reef point, 150% Genoa, 120% Genoa with a reef point to 100%, Spinnaker. All sails are in good condition. Newer batteries. Engine is a Palmer P60 4 cylinder which was rebuilt two years ago and has a rebuilt carburetor, this engine runs excellently – 20 Gallon tank, new impeller and gaskets for water pump and new thermostat this year. 22 Gal. water tank. Head is a Porta-Potty. Swim ladder, Dodger with attaching bimini. New life lines. Cabin cushions have been revovered.

    U.S.C.G. DOCUMENTED 1977 Pearson 28’ Sloop w/5’ 6” draft

    This is a stout/fast boat that is well known for its strong construction and ease of sail. It is set up for single-handed sailing. Tiller steering for great feel of movement through the water.
    The current owners (of 8 yrs) are moving up to larger vessel.

    About this Sailboat:

    1987 31′ Pearson in great condition. The following all new in 2010: 150 jib and mainsail, all interior cushions, interior brightwork, new auto bilgepump, new head, new two-bank Guest battery charger, water system pump with new kitchen and head faucets, hot water heater re-built, and more. This is a great family boat. It feels much bigger than other 31-footers. Lots of woodwork. Very responsive, both under sail and under power. Easy to sail with one or two people, with all lines leading to cockpit, including all reefing lines.
