    About this Sailboat:

    You know you can’t live with out her! Call for a showing.
    Accommodations
    Beginning in the fo’c’sle is a crew pipe berth to port. Going aft to starboard is a Crew Cabin with over/under berths, hanging locker and storage. To port is a Guest Cabin with double berth, the Guest head with separate stall shower is accessible to each cabin. Both cabins have private entrances from the salon. The spacious Main Salon has a large teak table with L-shaped settee and two captain’s chairs to port, bookshelves and lockers. Forward is an icemaker and bar, aft is the Navigation Station, with Galley opposite.
    Going aft of the companionway steps is a wet locker & access to the engine compartment. Aft is the Owner’s Cabin with private access to the aft cockpit. Large queen size berth with drawers, writing desk, storage to starboard, and washer/dryer in locker under aft steps. The ensuite head with stall shower is to starboard.
    Cabin soles were refinished in October of 2007.

    Equipment on Board:

    Hull, Keel & Rudder
    Hull is of single skin construction using glass/aramid hybrid fiber reinforced polyester laminate. Fin keel with performance bulb, the deck is sandwich construction using glass/aramid hybrid fiber. Teak decks, 11mm thickness, teak toe rail, removable teak supports for helm. Hull color Navy Blue gelcoat. This is hull number 020 of the Swan 60 series.
    Sloop rig, raked stem, reverse transom stern, flush deck with centercockpit and aft steering cockpit.
