    About this Sailboat:

    ¡§Komara¡¨ is a custom built fiberglass (FRP) sloop of center cockpit design. The boat has a fin keel with a skeg hung rudder. She has a reverse raked transom, a conventional trunk cabin forward of the cockpit, and an aft cabin behind the cockpit. She is one of only three custom-built Maple Leaf 45¡¦s built by Cooper Enterprises. Formerly called ¡§Indulgence,¡¨ the boat is equipped for extended offshore sailing and living aboard, and is auxiliary powered by a diesel engine. The vessel was found to be in excellent (bristol) condition. Very well built originally, she has received very good care and maintenance. The boat is loaded with equipment and electronics, all of top quality and very nicely installed. Much of the new equipment and refurbished interior was done in 2004.     About this Sailboat:

    This custom yacht is the culmination of a boat builders dream. Based on a Maple Leaf 48 hull, the interior and all systems were custom built; however the builder never got to sail it around the world due to health reasons. The current owner has meticulously maintained this yacht and she has the equipment to take you to exotic locations.
