    About this Sailboat:

    Must Sacrifice… Paid $10,000 and added another $3,000 in improvements. Mercury 9.9 with starter starter and throttle controls in cock pit. Autopilot, new sail and winch covers with 3 jibs. 6’2” head room. I am 6” and can sleep in the V berth. Queen size bed under the cock pit. Has a galley with sleeping space for two small children and head. Nav station with a chart table. Great day cruiser or overnight in a cove has bimini . This is a fresh water boat. Deck is solid. Beam is 8.33’ Draft wing keel 3.8’ Theoretical hull speed is 6.2. All gear included with sale BBQ, Stove, Life Vests, Spare Parts ect.
    She is now in dry storage at Lake Pleasant Arizona.

    Additional equipment include dual axel trailer with tong extension and spare tire, depth finder, radio, flags, new blinds, bumpers, anchor and rode, gas can, alcohol stove a life raft with ors and cock pit cushions. It took me 2 years to find this boat. I am in the real estate business and just can hang on any more. MUST SELL.
