    Interior & Galley

    The elegant, teak interior is bright and cheerful with ultra leather and fabric upholstery. A feature of the Deck Saloon models is the generous use of natural lighting and open space making time spent below decks comfortable and pleasant. The DS feature also adds to the overall interior volume of the cabin area which is enhanced with a “creamy white” headliner. Large windows flood the interior with natural light and cross ventilation, plus – outside viewing while seated.     About this Sailboat:

    Would consider exchange/part exchange for more traditional yacht.
    Located in Northern Cyprus in a new five star Marina. This Yacht has never been in charter and has had very little use. If you look at the photos you can see that she has been well cared for and is in very good condition. She is light & airy down below and is a fast and comfortable sailor.
    She is easy to sail, all controls and sheets, etc are conveniently located in the cockpit.
    The helm is tucked up behind the spray hood and is comfortable.

    This arrangement leaves a large cockpit area free for relaxing and entertainment.

    This Model – The 40DS – was only produced from about 1998 until 2005. This is one of only a few available now.

    She has a forward and aft cabin with a double size bunks. Main Saloon table can drop down to accommodate 2 more guests. The dining area can seat 6 for dinner. She has forward and aft toilets, holding tank forward. There is ample stowage area in the cabin, beneath the cabin sole and in the lazarette.

    Vessel sleeps six comfortably.
    Forecabin: double cabin w v berth, shelves outboard and hanging locker. Salon – large and spacious w curved seating area starboard and single settee to port,m centrally located dining table leaves are raised to offer full width dining. Ample storage throughout.

    Galley is aft and equipped w two burner propane gimballed stove, double stainless steel sinks w pressurized hot and cold water, front loading Kenmore refrigerator and top loading icebox.

    Navigation station is opposite galley w adequately sized chart table.

    Head: port aft and a good size w sink w hot & cold pressurized water, shower and head. Drainage pump for the shower pump.
