    Hull # 2 IP 26 Excellent Pocket Cruiser. Currently at Lake Monroe in Sanford Florida. GPS, Refrigirator, Airconditioner, Resorted Teak, Full Head with Rotan system, Wheel steering, good mail sail and Jib sail. Both hard and soft rigging in good shape. Yanmar 15 horse 2GM Diesel – runs excellent – boat has been maintained very well.

    About this Sailboat:

    A short ladder leads down from the cockpit to the saloon. The galley is to starboard. Forward of the galley is the starboard settee. Opposite, to port is another settee. Mounted on the forward bulkhead adjacent to the port settee is a drop down, fold out dining table. Aft of the port settee is the nav station with the settee serving as the seat. Just aft of the nav station is the aft guest stateroom.

    Forward of the saloon to port is the head with built in vanity and separate shower with seat. The owner’s stateroom is forward.

    Cruisair 16,000 btu reverse cycle air conditioning with electronic control – NEW 2008!
    Straight settees with square corners offer places to lean back, put your feet up and relax while reading or watching TV
    Straight settees make perfect sea berths for passages – centered and low in the boat for comfort and security

    This IP31 is Hull No. 60 and was launched in 1985. The boat is fully equipped and was surveyed in 2006 and is in great shape. It is a fresh water boat and has been on the Great Lakes it’s entire life.
