    About this Sailboat:

    Helsen 22, 1977 w/tandem trailer located in Weirsdale, FL.
    Project boat that is not complete. Has been in covered storage for 5 years.
    Length: 22′
    Beam: 8′
    Pop top
    (2) Mains and (2) Jibs in good condition (1 of the 4 has a small tear)
    Swing keel
    Standing and running rigging lines in good shape
    The interior is clean. Missing galley table. Blue windows.
    Included w/ the boat: (2) Life Jackets, (2) Oars & 15lb anchor w/ rope.
    With the pop-top up you have about 5’5″ of standing headroom.
    It’s white/cream color fiberglass with a light blue painted bottom (painted summer 2002). Light paint touch up needed on bottom.
    Homemade trailer has new lights.
    Kept covered so the inside is dry.
    Fuse Panel and lights need to be rewired.

    About this Sailboat:

    74′ Helsen 22 ft Sailboat and Trailer. Pop Top for extra room in the cabin. Boat has new anti fouling paint on bottom and the swing keel was dropped and painted as well. Swings keel works great. New Marine Battery. Trailer has new bunks, carpet, tires and lights. Bearings recently packed. Just pulled it on a 700 mile trip with no problems.

    15 lb anchor with rope
    Extra Rope
    Swim Ladder
    Fire Extinguisher
    Air Horn
    LED Interior Lighting
    Tongue Extension for Shallow Ramps
    1 – Jib -Fair Condition

    Bilge Pump

    The following work still needs to be completed:
    -Some of the rigging needs to be replaced.
    -Deck and side needs to be painted.
    -Deck hardware needs to be re-sealed. There are a few leaks when it rains. I keep the boat covered so the inside is dry.
    -Fuse Panel and lights need to be rewired.

    The boat is located 30 min south of Atlanta in Sharpsburg. More pictures available upon request.
