    About this Sailboat:

    1977 Fuji sailboat 35 ft. ketch,Teak decks, mahagony rails. Located in Michigan and used exclusively in Lake Superior for last twenty-plus years.

    Equipment on Board:

    Perkins 50 hp diesel engine, Fujinon radar/gps, Anderston ST two-speed winches, IC-m502 marine radio with remote mic. Self furling jib

    About this Sailboat:

    Rgarded as one of the highest
    quality yachts of he size and type, the example was totally
    rehabbed at a cost of about $60,000 to include: major exterior and interior woodwork,
    complete refinishing including Awlgrip hull and new bottom paint (no sign of blisters)

    Equipment on Board:

    New aluminum masts. New running rigging. New bowsprit. New lifelines all around. New 3B LPG stove/oven with new on-deck bottle locker.
    New opening ports all around.
    New bilge pumps, 12v and manual.
    New complete modern exhaust system. DUAL D/Cyc batteries fall 2010. Sails look like new.

    OVERVIEW:
    “Nameste”, a Fuji 35, is a 35-foot classic ketch designed by John G, Alden, built by Fuji Yacht Builders, Japan. It is a traditional yacht, with blue water capabilities that offers both great sailing with easy live aboard / layout qualities.

    Condition:
    All systems are fully functional and Namaste is in complete sail ready condition.

    ACCOMMODATIONS
    Live aboard layout with lavish “cabinet quality” teak interior. Accommodations for five (most comfortable for 4) – V-berth cabin forward followed by head to port with hanging locker opposite. The main salon features a starboard side dinette with fold-up table and both port and starboard setees that convert to single births. The galley is aft to port with a quarter berth opposite to starboard, underneath a retractable nav. station.
    • Lavatory and shower room include manual head and shower (10 gal. hot water tank)
    • Galley includes refrigeration, propane stove and oven and microwave.
