    About this Sailboat:

    LOA 38’ LWL 29’ BEAM l1’10” DRAFT 4’11”
DISPLACEMENT 19,500 lbs. BALLAST (encapsulated lead) 8,000 lbs.
    SAIL AREA (cutter rig)
Daja Vu was previously used as a live aboard by her former owners. Before they had children, they had planned on bluewater sailing. She’s roomy and sails beautifully. Here is more information about her.

All new standing rigging and lifelines installed 2007
New Beta Marine 38hp engine installed in 2008
New force 10 stove installed in 2008
    Bottom painted in 2007
    Mast painted in 2007
Lazy jack system installed in 2008

The current sails are not the originals and are made by Neil Pryde. The main is full battened. All sails are in good shape. The genoa is on a furler and the staysail is hanked on. I also have a drifter and spinnaker, both of which I have never used.
The running rigging is in good condition.
There is no electronic equipment on the boat.
She does have an E300 Kubota generator.

She has a 10gal holding tank, 100gal of water in two tanks, and 90gal fuel tank. The pressure water system works fine and a new foot pump was installed for the galley sink.

The interior is in good shape and the teak is in great condition. She will need all new cushions in the cabin and the headliner redone.

I am the third owner of this boat. She was lightly sailed from Los Angeles to Catalina by the first two owners. I had her trucked here to Hood River after purchasing her in 2005. My family has enjoyed sailing her up and down the Columbia River.
