    About this Sailboat:

    She has sailed the Baltic, North Atlantic, now in the Caribbean, and ready to continue sailing with a new owner. Designed for offshore racing/cruising and fitted out to carry her crew with safety and security… “solid, dependable, forgiving… a pocket battleship” (Yachting Monthly). Oversize standing rigging: 5/16” headstay, double 1/4” backstays, 1/4” shrouds. StaLock and Norseman fittings. Proctor mast. Mainsail with 2 sets of reefpoints. Profurl furling holds a 135% Genoa and there is a 70% jib, a 25% storm jib, and a spinnaker in the sail locker. Lewmar #8 winches on cabin top for main halyard and slab reefing; large 2-speed bronze winches for sheets. Spinnaker pole and snatch blocks. Sweptback foil keel and skeg-mounted rudder. Tiller steering; Autohelm 2000 autopilot. Thirty-three lb. claw anchor on 125 feet of 5/16” high-test chain and 250 feet of 3/4” 3-strand nylon rode; 45 lb fisherman; 20 lb Danforth. Teak deck. Plastimo bulkhead-mounted compass, Interphase Probe forward-looking sonar, Seafarer depth-sounder.
    Volvo 2002B 18hp diesel engine, with 2500 hours. Well maintained. 20 gal fuel tank
    Custom-built all-wood finish interior with decorative and functional flourishes (carvings, bar). Fold-out saloon table. Ventilated cabinets and compartments provide generous storage. Forward V-berth converted into sail and chain locker. Groco head with holding tank and overboard pump. Gimballed 2-burner propane stove with solenoid gas cut-off valve. Sixty gals fresh water in 2 tanks. Icebox.
    Extras include Furuno 1715 (2-kw radar, 5.2 deg. resolution) mounted on Questus levelling radar mount; AirX marine wind turbine. Mainsail cover. Lines. Fenders.
