    About this Sailboat:

    Well maintained center cockpit blue water boat. Has two state rooms the rear one is a center island queen bed with full head and shower. Full galley with one year old two burner stove and newer 110/12 volt holding plate refrigeration. Twin settee in main salon makes it two births to port is a full head with shower. Front is a vee birth with chain locker in for peak.
    New Mack Pack and lazy jacks for easy main sail handling 130% genoa on roller furling. Mizzen sheet goes to the cockpit for full sail control in the cockpit.
    New Tack Tick wind and Speed/Depth instruments, newer Comnav autopilot GPS, SSB, Hand held VHF as well as a VHF at the nav station 48 mile radar.
