    About this Sailboat:

    Capable offshore cruiser. Cutter rig for easy sail handling, full keel with cutaway forefoot for great performance in heavy and light air. Classic design by Ted Brewer; sturdy, comfortable and easy to sail. One piece hull handlaid fiberglass using polyester resin. Flush deck with coach house and self draining cockpit. Balsa sandwich core in deck molding. 4000 lbs cast lead internally bonded in keel; ballast ratio 40%. Teak cockpit coamings, seats, bridgedeck, grating, hatch slide, handrail, toerails, dorade boxes and overlaid teak deck. Interior Burma teak woodwork cabin sole, table, lockers and drawer fronts, companion ladder, hand rails, marine ply bulkheads. Well maintained and continuously equipped with upgrades. New engine, cushions and canvas; large sail inventory and many extras. Located in Puget Sound, Washington State.

    Equipment on Board:

    SPARS: Alloy keel-stepped mast, jiffy reefing main boom, optional club foot for self-tending staysail. SS wire, turnbuckles, toggles and swages, quality SS hardware, bronze marine alloy. SAILS: Double reef main, 150 jib, staysail in 5.5 oz Dacron. Additional 130 jib with high cut foot, storm jib. Storm trisail. Cruising assymetrical spinnaker with sock. Spinnaker and spinnaker pole.
    New Engine 1998: Yanmar 3GM 3OF 27 HP, 2 blade propeller, 3/4″ shaft with dripless cutlass bearing. ELECTRICS: 12 Volt 2-wire throughout, 2x- group 27 dual purpose batteries; 30-amp AC with main breaker. Solar panel with controller. Furuno 16-mile radar, Garmin depth sounder/fishfinder; Garmin GPS with plotting. Autohelm autopilot, Tiller steering. Ritchie compasses. TANKS: 1x 40-gal water, fiberglass 1x 25-gal water; 1x 24-gal diesel alum. Holding tank. 1x 5-gal propane tank in dedicated locker with fume detecting solenoid. Force-10 propane cabin heater. GALLEY: Stainless sink, footpump. Flavel gimballed 2-burner propane stove with oven. 7 cu ft ice box. Ample locker and storage. HEAD: includes SS washbasin, opening port, floor shower drain with separate bilge pumpout. PORTS: 6 opening; large forward hatch, 4 fixed sidelights in main salon. MISC: 35-lb CQR w/ 60 ft 3/8″ galvinized chain and 200′ rode, 25-lb Danforth w/ 25 ft 3/8 chain and 150′ rode, BERTHS: V-berth, two settees in main salon plus pilot berth to port.
