    About this Sailboat:

    The CS 40 was designed by Tony Castro, British Yacht Designer. Her lines and sail plan are a classic example of a Perfect Performance, Cruising Yacht. SAILING WORLD voted the CS 40 “Top of the Class” and BOAT OF THE YEAR in 1987. The CS 40 is stiff, responsive, balanced, powerful, and fast and joy to sail. Owners manual and equipment manuals are Included and bottom painted August 2011. J&B was sailed in the Great Lakes until 2003 and is currently with its third owner who is moving up to a larger vessel.The wide beam and long waterline gives the CS 40 an incredibly roomy interior.

    lines), storm jib, storm staysail. Giot furling for jib. Running backstays and inner forestay
    Two Lewmar selftailing primary winches, 4 Lewmay halliyard winches(all let to cockpit)
    Edson wheel and pedastal, Edson holder for outboard motor

    Autohelm ST50 Depth Sounder and Knotmeter, Compass and hard bearing compass.
    Garmin GPS and spare Furuno GPS, Furuno Radar
    Folding teak cockpit table, cockpit cushions, swim ladder, many fenders, Lifejackets, Jack lines, two harnesses with two tethers each. Lifesling overboard system, overboard pole and ring, lifebuoy and overboard strobe, personal overboard strobe lights.
    Three large snatch blocks, 4 winch handles.
    Three banks of batteries – start battery, two house batteries in second bank and

    three batteries in third bank, High output alternator. Original alternator as
