    About this Sailboat:

    Built in 1978 by Jim Wells, designed by Joseph Hartog, this auxiliary ketch is
    49 9” L.O.D., 55” L.O.A. The engine is a 4 cylinder 85 HP Perkins diesel with
    1627 hours. Its cruzing speed is 6-8 knots and max is 12 knots. Solid Ferro
    cement hull and full keel. 13’ Beam and 6’6” Draft, 300 gallon fuel tank, 250 gallon water tank.

    Accommodations:
    3 comfortable berths w/ storage. Full head w/ separate shower space. Oak floors throughout w/ mahogany walls. A large salon that includes a desk, bookshelves, chart table, dining table w/ leaf – seats 4, new lazy boy recliner & custom bench with drawers, storage cabinets, & an entertainment center: Flat screen TV & DVD player.

    AC/DC 2- 8D Batteries (1 start up, 1 house) 2- 12 volt bilge pumps, 1 manual bilge pump, 40 amp battery charger, electrical repair kit & a 4000 watt gasoline generator.

    Rain gear, bell, 3 bottles of propane, 35 gallon spare water barrel, 3 anchors: 2 CQR at the ready & 1 danforth. Air compressor with surface air & dive gear. Misc. tie downs (nylon strapping), drinking safe water hose & epoxy bottom paint.

    4 sails, stainless rigging with bronze turnbuckles, main & mizzen stepped half way, spare halyards & ropes.
