About this Sailboat:
A very fast cruiser that was hand built in St Vincent. She has been recently renovated inside and out. The yacht is built of airex foam and EPOXY resin sandwich. The original forward cross arm was constructed of glass and EPOXY resin but because it flexed when hard on the wind, another wooden cross arm was added behind the original.
There is a glass dagger board with a crush box in the lower part of the dagger board case.
She is a good windward boat but in strong winds the staysail must be used and not a reefed head sail. The engine is a YANMAR diesel, 5 years old but hardly used.
This boat would cost at least $700,000 new. The reason I am selling is that I am getting old and I find the boat is too big and powerful for me.
She can be inspected on the slip at Polypat Boat yard in Marigot, French St. Martin which is next door to a gas station. Their number is (590) 871201
Equipment on Board:
2 main sails, staysail, 3 head sails.
Roller furling head and main sail.
