    About this Sailboat:

    a) S/V Iwalani 42’ steel cutter a Bruce Roberts “Spray” design. Currently berthed in Kewalo Basin Honolulu Hawaii. Operated and well maintained by professional mariner. She is a very equipped offshore cruiser with long range capability. Roomy live aboard with 6 Ft head room all around. Traditional bronze port holes, Two double beds amidships, One single berth forward, Salon drops into double bed, One single manual head, Deep sink, Four burner propane stove with two refillable tanks, Dickinson bbq grill, Two flat screen tv’s, sterio, 10 cd changer, Nav station with room for computer/printer, deep 12V reefer, extensive storage areas and lazarette, 280 Gal fuel capacity in two common wing tanks amidships. Little wonder water maker makes 12 gal an hour to supply 80 gal water tank. 50 Hp Perkins diesel, Racor valved dual filter system, Full engine access, Link 2000 inverter/charger, dual battery bank monitor. Bank #1 two 12V D-8 no maintenance, Bank #2 three deep cycle batteries, and one starter battery separate from all systems. Two solar panels mounted atop heavy lift davits. Stainless lifting davit duels as emergency tiller. Arogen wind generator. Extra sails all in good condition. Extensive ground tackle. Wood Freeman auto pilot, Hydraulic steering, three VHF radios, Furuno GPS, Raytheon Radar, 11ft hard bottom Nautica with new 15hpr Suzuki long shaft. All equipment manuals on board.
    b) Vsl was refit in 2009, Bottom was just blasted, primered, and painted this year 2011. All paint applications are “International” paint two part epoxy primer and finish coats.
