About this Sailboat:
Interior: The cabin is finished with varnished, hand rubbed mahogany. To port, a convertible dinette and pull-out double berth. To starboard, a single berth. To port aft, a quarter berth with navigator table and station. The cabin sole is hand-laid teak and holly inlay. Roomy storage spaces and a large chart drawer.
Galley: Galley aft layout provides generous working space away from main companionway. Galley includes: pressure hot and cold water; cold water hand pump; 3 burner Force 10 Propane stove with oven. Ice box with 12v/110v 2 way refrigeration. Deep stainless steel sink. Pot locker, and decent storage spaces.
Head: Head compartment has two (2) doors providing private access from either forward or main cabin. Head is fitted with ten (10) drawers for storage and two (2) shelf compartments for linens. Entire head floor of molded fiberglass . . . for showering facility and simplified cleaning. Teak grate keeps feet off of damp floor. Hot and cold pressure water system.
Forward Cabin: Two (2) V-berths; dressing area; hanging locker; and separate access to head. Numerous drawers and cabinets for storage.
Engine Installation: Westerbeke 40 diesel.
Electrical System: Two (2) 6 volt batteries run in series as the house bank and one (1) 12 volt marine batteries as a starting battery. 2 bank battery charger. Bow, stern and side running lights; eight (8) interior lights; and 110 volt shore plug . . . six (6) 110 volt outlets. 16000 btu air conditioning/ heat. 12v/110v 2 way refrigerator compressor for ice box.
Tanks: (2) fiberglass water tanks (130 gallons) Pressure water system. 6 gallon high recovery heater. 31 gallon fuel tank. Holding tank.
