About this Sailboat:

35,000 Steal ! ! ! !
This is a 1973 Bristol 35 CB model.
Draft is 3’-9” centerboard up, 7’-3” centerboard down.
Hull #49 of 69 built. Designed by Ted Hood and Deiter Empacher.
Starting on the hull, all thru hulls (6) replaced w/new Groco and Apollo thru hulls.
Backing boards of white oak were used on all.
Fresh bottom paint & Underwater LED lights (2), 600 lumen.
New $2,300 Maxi-Prop folding prop., New engine, Transmission,
S.S. shaft, cutless bearing & stuffing box.
Newly fabricated (by Marine Fabricators) S.S. bow walkout w/railings,
(2) two lewmar self-launchers (anchors) & S.S. Dolphin Striker.
New front stay for provided hank-on jib. (120% genoa)
New (never used) Lewmar 700 Pro Fish S.S. Windless.
New 300 ft. 3/8” b.b. anchor chain, with 250 ft. new rode.
15K paint job, Awlcraft, Fleet White. Entire exterior of Boat.
Entire deck new non-skid “Kiwi Grip” w/ cabin tops done also.
New wheel w/suede wrapping & Wheel Autopilot (Autohelm 3000).
All new deck plates (water, desiel. Etc…)
9/8” white oak fiberglassed into entire transom and Aries Wind vane on transom
w/ all new hardware for wind vane from Sweden. ($8,000.oo)
New S.S. vents for (2) new 20 gallon fuel tanks. (40 Gal. total)
New dorade vents. New 5/8” teak Pin Boards.
New winch pads (teak, varnished but not installed)
Winches rebuilt and ready to re-install.
New Ocean Series Lewmar main sheet winch.

Equipment on Board:

Cockpit drains expanded from ¾” to 2”, with new full flow ball valves and all hoses new.
All new lines (ropes) for all winches, traveler, sheets, etc…
All alum. Replaced w/new Stainless Steel on entire boat. (cleats, chocks, etc…)
A lot of new stuff to install. Quick and easy too. Just some screws.
Boat set up for cruising. Good blue-water boat.
All Stainless Steel 316 grade.
Tower is Aluminum (very light, for solar panels, wind gen. gps ant. etc…)
I paid 21,000 for this boat before retoring it. I have 75,000 in receipts that went into this boat.
All blocks replaced with new Harkin Blocks.
New Harkin roller furler, cruiser series mark 2.
New sails main and 120 genoa. (5) & 1 hank on head sail (120% genoa)
New rigging for hank on head sail for wing-on-wing.
Newly fab’d S.S. davits for dink. All brightwork below done.
New 110v wiring w/new G.F.I outlets (2)
New Blue Seas panel, 12v/110v w/meters. New Rule 1,500 gph bilge pump.
2 new anchors, (1) 40 lb. manson ray, (1) cqr.
New galley area w/5/8” Teak ply. New 2 burner 110v/alchol stove top.
Area for fridge ready for install.
All wiring in mast replaced w/new wire. New Halogen spreader lights.
Mast light (nav) new tri-color w/ new steaming light & anchor light.
All windows replaced w/Lexan (strong) (smoked)
New opening portlight on port side in bow bunk. Also Opening portlight on stbd. Side in head.
New Lectra-San Head. Large shower opposite w/sink.
Hanging locker for foul weather gear in shower.
(2) New water tanks, fiberglass (120 gal. total)
New cushions for salon. New salon teak fold-down table.
Couch opposite bed. Sette re-tasked to convertible queen bed/eating area.
Fireplace, all solid fuels taken. (wood, charcoal, sterno, etc…)
130 cu. Ft. added by re-tasking certain areas. (old cold box, etc…)
Cockpit cushions cleaned, look like new. Tons of storage in boat.
Carbon fiber mast steps (1.5 oz. ea.) doubling at spreaders & mast top.
Bullet-Proof 1” thick hull. Thicker in some places. Fixed full keel.
20 gals. Epoxy and 200 sq. ft. fiberglass used in rebuild.
New ¼” S.S. cable for centerboard. Pennent inspected.
Entire bed for engine re-built. Pics of all before/after work.
New Dodger & Bimini w/mounting hardware ready to install.
New lifelines. All rigging inspected and cleaned.
4 new teak belaying pins on port and stbd. shrouds.
