About this Sailboat:

This is a shoal draft 4′ Full keel with cut-away forefoot design. 4100lb ballast. 8400lb displacement. That’s an almost 50% ballast to displacement ratio. The cabin layout is one of the roomiest around. Sleeps six, two quarteberths, v- berth, convertable double galley berth. Main sail two years old with Columbia logo. Two upper full battens, two partial lower battens, two reefs. Roller furling 150 genoa. Custom S/S doulble bow roller. Huge icebox, Huge sink, Origo Alcohol stove non-pressurized.
6’2″ headroom. Original all mahogany interior. New interior cushion covers. New curtains. White cockpit cushions. Air-X Marine Wind Turbine. AGM battery. All bronze thru-hulls and valves replaced in 2008. Westerbeke Universal M3-20 Deisel (13 years old / Runs well). Custom Aluminum fuel tank installed with new motor 20 gal. Lasdrop dripless shaft seal. 7 gal holding tank Toilet plumbed to pump directly out as well. Sensibulb LED lighting. Custom Slats for cockpit bed. White wind scoop for forward hatch.
