About this Sailboat:
This is a 45 Bruce Roberts design, first titled in 2008 and first commissioned in 2009. The hull is solid fiberglass, one full inch at the deckline and tapers thicker towards the keel.
Full keel molded in with the hull contains 9,000 lbs ballast and also houses the water tank which is approx 75 gallons. Electric water pump, composite fuel tank (29 gal) composite holding tank (18 gal) The hull also has vertical & horizontal reinforcement to guarantee structural integrity.
The mast is aluminum, 50 stepped on top of the deck with a compression pole directly below. The boom is 18.
Engine is a Vetus, it has less than 200 total hours. It also has Vetus wet ehaust system, heat exchanger and all components hoses & clamps in very good condition. Engine has been well tended, oil change every 35 hrs rather than 70.
Interior is trimmed in Honduran mahogany beams, doors, and floor. Understructure is all mahogany construction and encapsulated with west system epoxy and secured with all stainless steel screws.
Cabin and deck are marine plywood laminated (1 layer 5/8 & 1 layer ½) this is covered with roven woven fiberglass and west system rather than polyester for durability.
The V berth and shower are not finished but have been used for storage. Have but not installedsolar panel, Pur 35 gal per day watermaker (new) WP5000 auto pilot.

Ceiling height in main salon is 74; beam is 13; loa is 45, displaces 49,000 lbs; draws 6. Edson steering (quadrant) Richie compass (5 card) center cockpit, aft cabin.
This boat was to be my retirement home but health issues prevent this. Pictures are available, paint needs a little touch up and new anchor platform being installed soon.
