5 October, 2011 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

IMAGINE is a well outfitted and maintained, push button, Hallberg-Rassy 46. She is hull number 188 and one of the last Hallberg Rassy 46’s built, representing a truly amazing production run for this type of yacht. Every conceivable and sensible option available from the builder including a dual voltage (110/220V) electrical system, hard dodger, hydraulic main and genoa furling, bow thruster, genset, watermaker, electric winches, dual autopilots, and a complete electronics package were added.

She has a three stateroom layout with a “V” berth forward, bunk room to port, and forward head to starboard. Her main salon has a dinette to port and two easy chairs to starboard. Her galley is to starboard of the companionway. To port is the forward facing navigation station. The aft stateroom has a centerline queen berth with a dressing settee to port. An ensuite head and shower is to starboard.

With her extra fuel tanks (267 gallons) and strong sailing performance in rough seas or calm, IMAGINE makes offshore voyages reliably and predictably. She has capably sailed the Caribbean, and the South Pacific, Southeast Asia and is now completing her circumnavigation, currently cruising in the Med.
