2003 Catalina 310

About this Sailboat:

This 2003 Catlina 310 is located in Plymouth, Mass.

It is rare that we come across 10 year old boats in such impeccable condition. Both interior and exterior have nothing that needs to be done, but the owners have noticed a couple of places where the upper boot stripe has just a little wear – they will replace it. They noticed some rust on the life lines – they will replace them. They haven’t put the hailing port on the stern, they will pay to have that done for your port of choice. Probably don’t need it, but they will have the sails cleaned for you.

New Halyards

Owner decided to update the cutlass bearing but couldn’t get the prop off. So new
shaft, cutlass bearing and zinc – never been put in the water.

She comes with a fully battened main and a 150 furling jib.
BBQ included
Dinghy and 4 hp Tohatsu 4-stroke motor – Included
Coast Guard Documented
Auto Pilot – included

The Universal diesel has only 160 hours on it.

About the only thing you need to do (and you can probably go all season without it) is to
sand and put a new coat of bottom pain on her.

This is a very comfortable 31′ sailboat. Whether you like to single hand, crew with your favorite partner, or bring friends and family, this boat is truly in great shape.
