About this Sailboat:

Very unique, nothing like it out there. A true hybrid that does it all. The boat is a 2003 38′ (40 LOA) 4 stateroom /2 head catamaran w/ all luxury amenities including a/c. Can comfortably sail 5-7 knots in 10-15 kts of breeze. It was totally refit in 2009/10. The refit included a repower w/ twin 2009 Evinrude E-Tec 115’s. *They are under transferrable factory warranty until 2014. ’09 new Honda Gen. Bamboo sole(floors) in the salon and cockpit, 2012 s/s windlass w/ 125ft of 5/16 chain. Much much more.
She was surveyed (for insurance purposes) in Feb 2011 and found to be in above average condition and exceptionally well maintained. Very shallow 2′ draft.

Equipment on Board:

2010 Honda generator, Dinghy is a 2009 10′ Mecury hypalon inflatable w/ 2003 15HP Johnson.
