About this Sailboat:

The Leopard 4500 Catamaran Robertson Caine for sale is characterized by her speed and easy motion. Former winner of Crusing World’s “Best charter boat of the year” award you will be impressed by her open and spacious layout, easy handling, functional galley-up, private staterooms and easy clean up. PELICAN has been well taken care of. Her hatches have been replaced, most deck hardware has been replaced, and the engines have been recently overhauled. She comes with a Garmin big screen GPS chart plotter at the helm and a bimini with full side curtains. There is the option of keeping her in charter if desired.

Accommodations

4 cabin 4 head layout

PELICAN features four private cabins, each with ensuite head and shower, overhead lighting and separate reading light. Deck hatches, opening ports, and 12 volt 2-speed fans provide comfortable ventilation in each stateroom. The cabins also have a hanging ocker and small settee with additional storage underneath.

The main salon is amidshio with large dining table with a U-shape settee. Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch and two forward opening ports. The salon table can convert to a double berth.

Heads: Each of the four amidships heads has a large shower. The toilet, cabinetry and lavatory are part of a continuous modled unit.

Galley

A mechanical refrigeration system provides excellent cooling to the large freezer box and there also is a 12v refrigerator to minimize opening of the freezer.
Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch and two forward opening ports.
Three burner LPG gimbaled stove with oven and broiler.
