This is the best of two worlds ! Water ballast system, centerboard and lifting rudders allow operation as a sailboat OR a powerboat!!

• Mercury 50 HP/Four Stroke Big Foot, Electric Start, Excellent Condition up to 20mph
• Pedestal wheel steering (with Raymarine Wheelpilot and spare steering wheel) 
• Pedestal Mounted Garmin 178C Color GPS/Plotter/Fish Finder 
• Horizon BX1260S Marine VHF in cabin PLUS Remote Mic/Control Head at pedestal 
• Anchor Roller PLUS Plow AND Danforth anchors 
• Three Dual Purpose (Cranking & Deep Cycle) batteries. 2 less than one year old, one brand new PLUS A/B/Both switch , new 400 W Inverter, 2 Chargers
