About this Sailboat:

Designed by noted naval architect Jean Berret with beautiful curved woodwork and sleek design. The Arundel has always been in fresh water, two owners and never been chartered.
Comfortable salon, lovely galley with plenty of storage, aft queen berth with memory foam mattress, V-berth fore. Very clean and well maintained.

Equipment on Board:

Sails and Deck – Furling mainsail and genoa, internal halyards, Z-Spar boom and boom vang, 2 self tailing 44# CST Lewmar winches,lead blocks, line stoppers lead to cockpit, bimini, companionway cover, 35# Delta anchor w/chain and rode.
Galley: L shaped galley to port, SS double sink with custom covers, Shurflo 4 GPM “Smart Sensor” water pump upgrade (2009) delivers “at home” water pressure to galley and shower. Frigomatic Refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner propane stove with oven, MW, opening ports, good ventilation
Electronics: Raymarine ST60 Tridata, ST60 Wind Indicator, Auto Pilot, AM/FM/CD stereo with speakers. (2)30 amp shore cord power, 12 volt & 110 volt system, Group 24 starter battery, 2 group 24 house batteries (new 2011), 110 volt 6 gal Atwood engine hot water heater, Reverse Cycle 16,000 BTU AC/Heater
