About this Sailboat:

Handsome flag-blue awl-gripped hull with white boot Stripe, 2 owner, near-bristol sloop. The 37/40XL was C&C’s last 40-footer built in Niagara-On-the-Lake, Ontario. The XL version carries the tall rig of the racing design (37R), married to the luxury of the heavily-teaked cruising interior of the purely cruising version (37 ). Get the best of both worlds, fast around the buoys and comfortable on the hook!
