About this Sailboat:
The Pearson 27 was one of the most spacious 27 foot sailboats designed. It has a large cabin with 6.5 ft. of headroom, a starboard enclosed head with shower, port berth and storage bins, galley on the port side and nav table, electronics and ice box and foul weather gear closet on the starboard side.
The table raises to the ceiling for use of the settees, makes a fine dining table, or the base of the 7 ft. double berth with privacy curtains.
It’s 22.5 ft. LWL makes it fast and the winged keel gives it the shallow draft (3.3′) for shallow east coast bays and getting close to shore for anchoring and swimming.
This boat is in extremely fine condition with few hours on the engine, fully maintained by the yard, and extensively upgraded (including new running and standing rigging!) as the equipment list shows.
Few boats show as well with its rich interior accented by blue flame stitch upholstery; and fewer still are Pearson 27s.
You can see it at Cedar Creek Sailing Center, Bayville, NJ (# removed), or call D Miller, (# removed); email Leicadave@gmail.com for extensive photos.
