About this Sailboat:

This Pearson 37 has carried this owner many miles in safety and comfort including navigating the Panama Canal.She is set up with a unique self-tending jib traveller arrangement. With a total of 87 Gals of fuel and sails that are in good shape getting to your destination is worry free.
Her interior is perfect for a couple or single hander dockside or underway. She has a master stateroom forward that provides ease of access and comfort. She has a transom gate onto a swim platform making it very easy to access the dock or water for a nice dip in tropical waters. She comes equipped with charts and guides, and just needs you to point her in the right direction.

Forward cabin with full queen sized island berth with storage under, locker and shelf stowage port and stbd, mirrored bulkhead panel with storage behind, hanging locker, bureau and carpeted sole and hull sides. Just aft is main cabin with L-shaped dinette to port (converts to double bed), backrest stowage port and stbd, swivel chairs to stbd with table, locker stowage port and stbd, shelf stowage port and stbd, companionway handrails, carpeting throughout. Aft of main cabin is the companionway; to port is the galley with large sink, food storage locker, drawers under counter. To stbd is the head with full stand up stall shower w/seat and hinged plexiglass door, molded vanity top with sink, linen locker and wet locker outboard.
