About this Sailboat:

Price Reduced !! This Pearson 39 is a very comfortable, easily handled cruiser. . This particular vessel has new decks, newly vanished teak toe rail, and a full battened mainsail in a roller furling boom.
.No expenses on upkeep and maintenance were ever spared on this finely maintained vessel. . One owner with a full history available to serious buyers. It is for a discrete owner which wishes to take advantage of a good used boat market but would like for it to show new. It will be the best dresssed yacht in any yacht club.

Vessel is currently under shrink wrap in boat yard storage in the Tampa Bay area for deck, teak, canvas preservation purposes during this last summers hot sun. It is available for showing by appointment only to serious qualified buyers. For sale by owner.

Has recently advised me that he wants to turn it over to a brokerage which means we would no longer
